Amazing experience and quality service. I was referred by a close friend to send my late father’s vintage watch for restoration works at the Xcess while maintaining as much heritage as possible. Terrisa attended to my requests and patiently explained the process and suggestions to achieve what I wanted (which is tricky to be honest as the watch is in a poor condition while I didn’t want to do a full restoration per se). Ultimately, the watch turned out better than expectations and the post sales service was excellent too (had clarifications after collecting the watch). What amazes me is the customer service that Terrisa provides, making sure me and my wife were comfortable and relaxed, and enjoying our time at the Xcess. The open glass workshop as well as the open and clean environment gave us confidence that our watch will be serviced/taken care by real professionals. I have taken my watch to ask for quotations (even from reputable watch stores in orchard) before asking for recommendation from my friend, and for the quality, assurance, and service (customer and watch restoration works) that I got from Xcess, I can only say that the pricing is very similar, and definitely worth your visit Xcess. What a damn good recommendation by my close friend, and service from Terrisa and Xcess!

Got a bezel replaced here. The counter staff "Nazzi" was her name, was very friendly and patiently brought me through the whole process as this was my first time here at TheXcess. Overall great experience and will definitely comeback again.
