I stumbled upon The Xcess while searching for a watch polishing place that does laser welding and repair through an Instagram ad. The Xcess is housed within “The Reserve”, a stunning building which was worth the visit on its own. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I sent in three watches for polishing, including my Mb&f LM101 which needed two small spot welds on the bezel. Terrisa, the polisher did an amazing job and I’m extremely happy with the results and my watches look brand new. There is also a cafe on the top floor when you can get complimentary coffees and sandwiches which were really good too. Overall, the experience was positive and I will be back again. Prices are very competitive as well and they are currently giving 35% of watch polishing. (I did not know this when I sent my watch it but they applied it anyway.)
