Got a bezel replaced here. The counter staff "Nazzi" was her name, was very friendly and patiently brought me through the whole process as this was my first time here at TheXcess. Overall great experience and will definitely comeback again.

Fast, responsive and reliable. Sent in a request before lunch, WhatsApp, and then made an appointment, then swing over to Changi at the chosen time and then got my strap fixed in 15 mins max! Wow! And they do custom strap too! Not bad to consider personalizing your own! 5 Stars!
